Rebels — Genesis key frame

Rebels

Rebels is an entertainment IP created by Night Labs. Keytales built the backbone of its world: the lore, the setting, and the visual identity of its four factions. I worked on the studio's concept art team, producing key art for the project.

My brief was to build polished 3D illustration frames from story prompts. I designed each scene in Blender, handling lighting, camera, and composition, and refined it through critique with art director Marceau Nakayama.

Alongside my own frames, I built a brutalist concrete kitbash, a library of modular architectural pieces, as well as a hologram effect material node, both of which other artists on the team used across the architecture in their frames. Beyond the frames shown here, I also contributed to many of the other frames in the series.

Keytales also produced an animated teaser introducing the factions.
